To ensure optimal service and availability for all my guests, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. No shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every guest. All appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded their deposit.
