Full blonding service consisting of strategically placed blond highlights (balayage or foils) on the top , sides, crown and back of head. Toner and haircut. Extra lightener or toner is $15-$20 per bowl. This is a 3hr appointment. Additional time is $50 per half hour after first 3.
